High Net Worth Individual (HNW) or Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor (SI)
You have confirmed that you are a High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor and will deal directly with CLSC.
Before we can provide you with information about the Company and access to the Company’s website, we are obliged to ask you to complete a brief self-certification process. (Please note this is a legal requirement under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes Exemptions legislation).

The system will first need to verify your identity by sending an access code to the email address you provide. You will then be taken to the relevant certification document which you can complete online.
Once completed, a record of the statement will be sent to your email address.

A
High Net Worth Individual
As a reminder, a high net worth investor is someone who has;
Either a regular income of £100,000 or more per annum or,
Net assets of £250,000 or more (not including your home or pension).
B
Self-certified Sophisticated Investor
As a reminder, a sophisticated investor is defined as someone who
meets any of the following conditions;
Has worked in private equity or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises.
Has been the director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.
Has made two or more investments in an unlisted company.
Has been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for more than six months.
